Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite specialist to serve as our primary in‑house expert, leading reporting, customization, and integrations that support project‑based operations across finance, sales, estimating, production, and project management. You’ll work closely with executive and functional teams to ensure NetSuite continues to meet evolving business and growth needs.

This is a 12‑month contract with flexible working arrangements, hybrid GTA presence preferred, competitive market‑based compensation, and potential extension based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain advanced NetSuite reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPI frameworks.
  • Design and implement workflows, scripts, and backend customizations to improve processes and system architecture.
  • Lead and maintain two‑way integration between NetSuite and project/job management tools, ensuring accurate data flow and robust governance.
  • Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of NetSuite consulting, implementation, or development experience.
  • Strong background in custom reporting, workflows, scripts, and third‑party integrations.
  • Experience in project‑based environments (construction, manufacturing, architectural products) with solid financial and operational understanding.
  • Analytical, solutions‑oriented, comfortable working with senior leaders, and focused on long‑term, scalable improvements.
