What will you bring to the Team?

  • Collaborate with the Designers and Estimators in the Business Development Team to ensure the proper design intent is quoted and drawn accurately to ensure end-user satisfaction based on your project knowledge.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner; engage management when deadlines, issues and/or accuracy is a concern.
  • Find innovative solutions to obstacles and challenges in meeting these needs.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the workings regarding the Commercial Architectural Interiors industry
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; specifically, sales and marketing
  • Communicate regularly with other cross-functional internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are being met by the Company; and address any obstacles that could potentially interfere with achieving these results as a team
  • Generate and close opportunities by developing strong client relationships through a responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic conversation with clients.
  • Engage enthusiastically in new lead development and follow up and existing account development
  • Exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Actively engage with the sales team and support corporate sales initiatives and goals
  • Continuously review and maintain CRM.
  • Forecast and maintain sales dashboard and pipeline.
  • Present issues professionally to relevant parties in order to resolve issues effectively
  • Assist with the training and development of new department hires

  • A thorough understanding of the design process familiarity with the design community
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Sales, Interior design or Marketing, or equivalent years of experience
  • Leadership experience through community involvement, student organizations, internships or volunteering.
  • Strong knowledge of sales process and strategic selling techniques
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Well developed negotiation skills
  • Well developed organizational and decision making skills
  • Team Building skills
  • A thorough understanding of the design process familiarity with the design communit
