Since 1973, our Code of Conduct has served as a guide for our daily business interactions, reflecting our standard for proper behavior and our corporate values. The PC350 Business Code of Conduct applies to all PC350 employees, Directors, Distributors as well as our Suppliers. By fully including ethics and integrity in our ongoing business relationships and decision-making, we demonstrate a commitment to a culture that promotes the highest ethical standards.

Conduct business with uncompromising integrity and professionalism, demonstrating honesty and high ethical standards in all business dealings and treating customers, suppliers, distributors, and others with fairness, honesty, and respect.

PROTECT THE COMPANY’S ASSETS AND REPUTATION

Protect the value of PC350’s assets, including physical assets, intellectual property, confidential and proprietary information, PC350 brands, and its name and reputation as well as the confidentiality of information of our customers, suppliers, and employees.

ACT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF PC350 AND AVOID CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

A Conflict of Interest occurs when personal interests of an employee or the interest of a third party compete with the interests of PC350. Employees shall avoid Conflicts of Interest whenever possible. If a Conflict of Interest situation has occurred or if an employee faces a situation that may involve or lead to a Conflict of Interest, PC350 encourages that employee to provide clear disclosure to their immediate supervisor.
