Inside Sales Representative (Commercial Construction)

SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for advancing the revenue and brand recognition of PC350. They should generate new sales volume through networking, referrals, and sales strategies.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represents the company as a salesperson to ensure significant relationships are built and maintained and that key customers are retained.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
  • Provide ongoing communications and feedback to management to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Monitor competitor products and activities, to continually update sales strategies.
  • Anticipate customers needs and ways to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of key competitor offerings for all product lines and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
  • Build and enhance the PC350 brand within the market.
  • Maintain current and accurate project forecasts and other sales reports as required.
  • Sales strategy
    • Create proposals for opportunities
    • Participate in presentations
    • Provides sales reports as required

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of all PC350 products as well as the competitor’s offerings.
  • Comply with all training requirements
  • Utilize all relevant tools in CRM software and update and maintain accurate records for each project.
  • Maintain thorough understanding and proper use of PC350 standards and protocols for discounting.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Work in a manner that is consistent with the overall goals and direction of the business.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience with established industry relationships
  • Minimum of 2 years product sales experience.
  • Experience in commercial construction is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills English & French
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to pitch the business, its strategy, and products to customers to all external stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and display strong level of business acumen
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
