What will you be doing?

  • Promote PC350 and its brand to architectural and design firms. Cultivate relationships with individuals in the industry.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned A&D accounts and End User accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed sales strategy for each target aimed at retention/penetration to gain targeted market share.
  • Establish, develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships at all levels of assigned A&D accounts.
  • Promote the Company brand in the marketplace.
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day account management.
  • Identify winnable projects. Fill and maintain a workable pipeline
  • Become highly involved in industry trade organizations. IIDA/IFMA, ARIDO
  • Strong understanding of End-to-End sales process within the A&D and Trade channels
  • Demonstrate experience in identifying new business opportunities, and growing and maintaining long term business relationships, with a results-orientated focus
  • Continuously work with the CRM to maintain projects, contacts and pipeline.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets.

  • A thorough understanding of the design process familiarity with the design community
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Sales, Interior design or Marketing, or equivalent years of experience
  • Leadership experience through community involvement, student organizations, internships or volunteering.
  • Strong knowledge of sales process and strategic selling techniques
  • Team Building skills
