Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, self-driven, and motivated Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings great energy and positivity, and is eager to make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be a key connector leveraging your network, engaging industry stakeholders, and creating visibility through community involvement, associations, and networking events. You’ll guide decision makers through our solutions, help clients streamline their process, and proactively uncover new opportunities to grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the PC350 brand and build trusted relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify new project opportunities and drive business development by leveraging your network, connecting with new clients, understanding their needs, and sparking interest.
  • Represent PC350 at industry events, trade shows, associations, and community/networking events.
  • Deliver presentations, host lunch-and-learns, and organize events to showcase PC350’s solutions and demonstrate our value to clients.
  • Provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of our solutions and how they enhance spaces and streamline processes.
  • Engage proactively with the market to open doors for potential projects and build long-term relationships.
  • Keep CRM updated with leads, contacts, touchpoints, and project activity to support forecasting and collaboration.
  • Keep up with industry trends, design developments, and upcoming opportunities to drive business growth.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction sales or relationship-based business development within the A&D or construction community.
  • A natural people-person who thrives on starting conversations and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills , you can talk design, space, and solutions with confidence and authenticity.
  • Organization and follow-through, you keep doors open and relationships warm.
  • Comfort learning technical product and design information.
  • Ability to manage a busy schedule, attend client visits, and stay active in the design and GC community.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
